Payments received through your account are deemed genuine, and ChargeJet is not responsible for refunds arising from fraudulent activity.

12. Payments
ChargeJet uses Razorpay to process online payments. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms in addition to these Terms. Transaction values typically range between ₹1 and ₹5,000 per transaction.
13. Refunds (General)
As a general rule, amounts paid are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
14. Reviews & Ratings
Users may post reviews and ratings. ChargeJet does not verify their accuracy. Reviews must not contain unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content.
15. User Responsibilities
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not to:
a. Violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms
b. Misuse ChargeJet’s name, branding, or Website design
c. Harm or dilute the ChargeJet brand
d. Use automated tools to access or scrape data
e. Circumvent security or technical safeguards
16. Termination
ChargeJet may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or to protect safety, security, or property.
17. “As-Is” Service
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
18. Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. ChargeJet is not responsible for incorrect or misleading user-provided data.
19. Charging Station Availability
Users are solely responsible for checking real-time availability of EV charging stations.
20. Background Checks
Any background checks conducted do not guarantee past or future conduct.
21. User Decisions
You bear full responsibility for decisions made before, during, and after using the Website.
22. Warranty Limitations
All disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Statutory warranties are limited to the minimum duration required.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChargeJet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through the Website.

30. No Agency
No partnership, agency, or joint venture is created by these Terms.
31. Third-Party Rights
No third party has rights under these Terms.
32. Severability
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
33. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
34. Geographic Restrictions

35. Referral Policy
a. Referral rewards are limited to 10 referred users per user
b. Referral credits are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time
