i. Vehicle Information: Registration number, make and model, year of manufacture, battery capacity, charging history, real-time location (for locating charging stations and facilitating charging sessions), and odometer readings.
ii. Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, session logs, and cookies (as detailed in Section 5).
c. Information from Third Parties ChargeJet may obtain information about you from third-party sources, including:
i. Social Media Platforms: If you register or log in via Google, Facebook, or similar services, we may collect your profile information (e.g., name, email) as permitted by the platform’s privacy settings.
ii. Partners and Service Providers: Data shared by OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), fleet operators, or other collaborators to facilitate seamless service integration.
iii. Publicly Available Sources: We may supplement user data with information from publicly accessible databases for verification or analytics purposes.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

ChargeJet collects and processes your information solely for lawful purposes connected with its business operations, including:
a. Service Provisioning: To enable EV charging services, authenticate users, process payments, and personalize your experience on the Platform.
b. Customer Support: To address queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
c. Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, optimize charging station locations, and enhance Platform functionality based on user feedback.
d. Regulatory Compliance: To fulfill legal obligations, including fraud prevention, tax compliance, and responses to lawful requests from government authorities.
e. Marketing and Communication: To send service-related notifications, promotional offers (with opt-out options), and newsletters, subject to your preferences.

Note: ChargeJet does not sell your Personal Information to advertisers or unaffiliated third parties for independent use.
